Vilém Umlauf has been living BPM (Business Process Management) consultant´s life since 2000 when he has got on level “Certified ARIS Professional”. Vilem has wide range of practical experience especially from mechanical engineering domain which he had gained not only in his previous jobs at global companies ABB and ALSTOM but also in main local´s manufactories here in the Czech Republic. He is not only successful in the commercial sector but also in public.

He is focused on several topics starting from implementations of systems to manage and continuously improve quality according ISO standards over transformations and optimizations of processes to internal audits and setting up controlling management systems.

Besides work on projects Vilem demonstrates his skills as a lector who trains and coaches experts in the field of implementation of Integrated Management Systems, especially focused on QMS (ISO 9001 Quality Systems), BPM (Business Process Management) and innovations, Project Management, Risk Management and BCM (Business Continuity Management).

In the role of the Certified Data Protection Officer, he ensures compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

For many years he has been also practising as a lector of BPM software tool ARIS and a visiting speaker at various Czech universities as well.

Zdeněk Kocourek has been working as a Business Process Management (BPM) consultant since 2003. Customers can benefit in his person from brilliant harmony of business processes knowledge, strategy planning and ICT awareness. These key competencies led him from his very first steps to domain of EA (Enterprise Architecture). On the top of that he is used to utilizing widely known and accepted frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate, Zachman, ITIL, etc.) together with leading process platform ARIS and integration component DataLink while being involved in BPM projects.

Through his certification in TOGAF and ARIS (certified professional), years of experience together with tons of successful customer´s projects from various field such as Engineering, Construction, Automotive, Healtcare, Utilities, Public sector, there can be no doubts about his competencies.

He received recognition for his professional skills and passionate approach by board of the Custom Administration of the Czech Republic in project of successful complex implementation of BPM, process performance and optimization.

Besides work on projects Zdenek demonstrates his skills as a lector who trains and coaches experts in the field of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) as well as an implementation of Integrated Management Systems.

Since 2009 Zdeněk has been giving presentations at various Czech universities and professionally focused conferences as well.

Robert Vajdík ensures technical support, particularly for ARIS process platform and for integrational platform DataLink.

He had been working at global companies IDS Scheer and Software AG (ARIS producer) where he gained lot of experience through both local and international projects. He took part in complex implementations and customization of ARIS platform products such as ARIS Connect and ARIS Business Publisher.

He was active member of Software AG´s international competency centre for technical support and customization of ARIS Risk & Compliance.

Robert is now mainly utilized in configuration of ARIS servers, technical support, custom scripts and macros development in JAVA language, customization of ARIS Publisher, ARIS Connect and HTML Publisher portals together with providing support for integration platform DataLink.

Jiří Mareš is process consultant with focus on automated measurement, analysis and process optimization (Business Process Performance Management). Already in his previous career with global companies IDS Scheer and Software AG, thanks to his unique combination of technical, consulting and management skills, Jiri worked his way to the position of senior consultant for Process Intelligence & Performance Management. At the same time, he is one of few experts (globally, and the only one in the Czech Republic), who understands all the phases of implementation solution of Software AG Process Performance Manager (PPM), for its successful deployment and support is absolutely necessary precisely such a broad spectrum of skills and practical experience.

Strategic dashboarding (e.g. using Mashzone), BPM projects including also Lean Six Sigma initiatives, technical and consultative support and leading of complex implementation of ARIS platform products - also in these fields, he is able to provide professional services to customers.

Apart from a number of foreign clients, his professionalism is appreciated also in the CZ. One of many examples is the award from top management of Directorate General of Customs, where he was responsible for both implementation of automated measurement system including performance analysis of selected key processes and deployment of ARIS PPM.

Pavel Gajdůšek is experienced software engineer in Java and .NET focused on web application development.

He is responsible for SW integration platform DataLink, whose more advanced concept replaced successfully the previous software solution HR Link.

Pavel is also involved in providing customer support, especially in ARIS customizations and technical support for DataLink and ARIS as well.

Pavel utilizes more than 13 years of experience as a developer the custom SW development , involving a process-oriented approach with the support of colleagues from the BPC team (Business Process Consulting).

Lenka Kocourková graduated at Faculty of Economics at Technical University in Ostrava. Her already gained master degree in economics has inspired her to undergo exploring way to reveal all the other key aspects of performance evaluation of enterprises. By adopting the other perspectives (learning and growth, customers, business process, financial) he became very familiar with Balance Scorecard approach for strategic planning, managing and measuring performance in companies based on key performance indicators (KPI).

She combines knowledge of BSC with support of ARIS Business Strategy tool. The fact Lenka is familiar with all other ARIS platform tools allows her to provide our customers with qualified first level support at HelpDesk.
